The Centre for Teaching and Learning is delighted to announce the Maynooth University Teaching and Learning Showcase which will take place on Wednesday, May 15th from 10.00 am - 4.00 pm, in the School of Education Building.
The showcase will celebrate those who teach in Maynooth University, their practice and their scholarship, providing an opportunity to connect with colleagues, and facilitate the sharing of T&L practice and innovations.
The theme of the event is: ‘Imagining and Creating a Better Future for All’. The day will include a keynote from Professor Randall Bass, Georgetown University, Teaching and Learning Fellowship presentations, an interactive poster session, technology demonstrations, a panel discussion and presentation of the 2024-25 Fellowships and Spark Awards.

Call for Participation – Interactive Poster Session
We are now inviting colleagues to submit posters to share practice, approaches, and innovations in teaching, learning and assessment. Posters can be submitted based on the following themes:
- Inclusive Practice
- Promoting Student Success in Teaching, Learning and Assessment
- Digital Learning
- Education for Sustainable Development and Social Justice
- Internationalisation in Learning and Teaching
- Curriculum Review, Development, and Innovation.
CTL will print posters for participants, with a submission deadline of Monday May 3rd. Full showcase poster guidelines and submission dates are available on Showcase webpage.
