Outstanding Fees for Graduation
Please note that if you have an outstanding balance on your student account, you will not be able to graduate.
Late payment of fees may also result in your name being omitted from the conferring booklet due to printing time constraints.
In order to attend the September 2024 ceremonies, all remaining fees on your student account must be cleared by TBC.
(Depending on when the account is cleared, you may have to wait until the next scheduled conferring ceremonies before receiving your parchment)
Updating your contact details
Current students who wish to update their contact details can change them online using the Student Web Services.
All communications from the Conferring Office are sent to your student email account only.
Graduates are advised to check the Conferring Office website in the first instance and also their student email account for further updates.
Provisional Dates
The below dates are provisional and subject to change. Students are advised to check regularly; these dates will be updated as each session approaches.
September 2024 - Monday, 2nd to Wednesday, 11th September 2024
October 2024 - Wednesday, 30th October to Friday, 1st November 2024
March 2025 - Wednesday, 19th to Friday, 21st March 2025
