Scoil Gheimhridh Merriman
Cumann Merriman, founded in 1967 in honour of Brian Merriman, author of 18th century poem Cúirt an Mheán Oíche/The Midnight Court, provides scholarships for third level students who wish to travel to the Merriman Winter School.
