During the induction you will be introduced to the MA in Society and Space course faculty and staff. We will also brief you on the structure of the course which will help you to choose optional modules at the registration.

At Induction you will receive, amongst other things, a brief overview of the University's student support services that are available to you, details on registration, and also the chance to meet fellow students.

Registration

Physics Hall, South Campus, NUI Maynooth

All students are required to produce either a Birth certificate or Valid Passport for registration.
Students wishing to register in their married name must also either produce a state marriage certificate or have their married name on their Passport.
Note: Driving licences are not acceptable.
Note: Students are expected to submit a Birth Certificate/Valid passport and transcript of their Primary degree on PAC, and therefore, if in order will not be expected to bring these items to registration.
Once registration is completed, students must proceed to the Registration Area, Humanity House, South Campus to pay fees or produce evidence of funding. A Student Identity card will be processed at that point.

A Late Registration penalty of €100 will apply to any student that fails to register at their assigned registration slot.
Physics Hall is located on the South Campus under the Arch way behind the Security Hut.
Both the Student Records Office and Exams Office are located on the South Campus in Humanity House.


Note:Proof/date of conferring can be in form of Parchment or Academic Record from College/University. Proof of a teaching qualification is required for courses marked *. If required documentation has already been submitted on PAC you will not need to produce them again on Registration Day. Any outstanding documentation should be sent ahead of registration a.s.a.p. with details of your PAC number to the Student Records Office, NUI Maynooth, Co Kildare.
