Launch of Music Technology Course, 6th October 2005

Moya Doherty and John McColgan, of Riverdance fame, with musician Cathal Ahern officially launched the new Music Technology degree at NUI Maynooth on Thursday 6 October. Moya and John who originally devised Riverdance as a seven-minute interval act for the 1994 Eurovision Song Contest, toured the Music Technology Laboratory before formally launching the degree in the presence of invited guests.
