Chinese new Year celebrations - 8 February 2006

On 8 February, NUI Maynooth hosted Chinese New Year celebrations to mark the 'Year of the Dog'. The International Office hosted a reception for the University's 77 Chinese students who gathered with family and friends. Mr Tang Jiwei, First Secretary (Education) from the Chinese Embassy was in attendance, along with President, Professor John Hughes.
