Yes, but they are not recommended unless you need the latest, up-to-minute additions to the academic database. Note that these can take up to 2-3 minutes to run successfully if referenced from Drupal CourseFinder.

Static feeds for each day of week (around 6pm each day) are available and you can grab the URL from the address bar if you need data from a previous day. You can also view the MD5s from the CHANGELOG file.

While you can see this FAQ, you may not have access to the data.
