Continuous random variables. The Normal model. Bivariate discrete random variables. Covariance and correlation. Sampling distribution of the mean. Confidence intervals and hypothesis testing: one and two samples, paired samples. Confidence intervals and hypothesis testing for one proportion. Computation using statistical software.
