ALGEBRAIC TOPOLOGY

	Overview
	This is an introductory course in Algebraic Topology. The basic idea is to relate topology to algebra, and then use algebraic techniques to solve topological problems.

	Learning Outcomes
	On successful completion of the module, students should be able to: State some of the classical theorems of Algebraic Topology. Prove any of the theorems given in the course. Deduce properties which follow from these theorems. Prove other topological results using rigorous arguments.
