Outcome of Application

An email will issue to all applicants to the Student Assistance Fund in November 2013 notifying them of the outcome of their application.

If eligible for funding, payment will be made by electronic funds transfer into the student's own bank account.

To ensure payment is made before Christmas, students are advised to register their bank account details with the University by Friday 15th November 2013.  There will be a delay in issuing payment to students who register their bank account details after this date.  Queries relating to registering your bank details and the payment of SAF funds into your bank account should be directed to fees.refunds@mu.ie.
Students who are ineligible for funding may appeal the decision of the SAF Committee if they believe there was an administrative error when screening their application.  See the appeals section of the website for more information on the appeals process.
